Embrace Summer with Girl & Dragon

Go forth, be bold and embrace summer with Girl & Dragon wines

Summer is not over yet. We repeat, summer is not over yet.

We may not have gone on some of the bigger adventures we had planned, but there’s still enough summer left to plan what feels like a little getaway, right in your own backyard.

Let’s follow the Girl & Dragon motto to “Go Forth, Be Fearless,” and make the most of these final days of summer.

Before we jump in, don’t forget that Girl & Dragon wines are the perfect pairings for adventure, big or small, indoor or in the great outdoors. Stock up on all three Girl & Dragon wines in our Wine Sisterhood Wine Shop and save with penny shipping when you order a case or more!

Or say hello to your local retailers and find Girl & Dragon wines in your neighborhood!

Let the Games Begin!

Put that gorgeous green lawn to good use by spending a few hours barefoot and playing games. Lawn games make getting together (while staying safely socially distanced) even better. Consider some friendly competition and set up one of these ideas:

Bean-Bag Toss (aka. Cornhole)

Bocce Ball

Kan Jam

Yardzee

Giant Jenga

Dine Outside

Make a meal that requires minimal cooking and take it outside to enjoy when the day begins to cool off. We’re thinking big, fresh salads and grain bowls topped with summer’s finest veggies. We’ve also been known to call a packed charcuterie plate a well balanced meal when you pair it with a fantastic glass of wine. There are no rules for what counts as dinner during the summer, go wild.

Post Up on the Patio

Imagine this: warm afternoon, shady porch, chilled glass of white and a new book. Sounds delicious, right? Check out our latest reading list or browse all of our reading lists to find your next favorite title.

Pack a Picnic

These days, venturing to our local park can feel like an adventure. Make the most of it when you pack up a meal and a bottle of wine in a cute little picnic basket. Call a Wine Sister to join and catch up!
