Entertaining Around the Fire Pit

Girl & Dragon: Play with Fire!

Confession: We’re not all too sad that summer is fading and fall is just around the corner. As nights start to turn cooler, we look to our backyard fire pits to help warm things up.

We’re ditching the camping chairs and turning to an elevated outdoor experience around the fire pit, perfect for an end-of-summer celebration.

Our tips for entertaining fireside with style:

Girl & Dragon Malbec and Pinot Grigio

Pour fireside-friendly wines: Girl & Dragon Malbec and Girl & Dragon Pinot Grigio are our go-to wines right now. Whether you’re cooking up kebabs or grilling fish in parchment, there’s a Girl & Dragon wine perfect for pairing.

Outdoor Entertaining Tips

Dress up your outdoor space: Add decorative throws, pillows and seat cushions to your existing furniture to create a comfortable and visually inviting entertaining area. We’re loving these “global” ideas.

Entertain Outdoors Like a Pro

Set the mood: Add artsy votives to tables and post other fire elements, like tiki torches, around  to add even more visual appeal (plus, they help keep away bugs!).

Serve S'Mores Fireside

Serve a signature sweet treat: Can you say s’mores?!? Top off the evening with a signature fireside dessert. Warm things up even more with s’mores made with spicy chocolate!

Enjoy Summer - Entertain Outdoors

Don’t stress: focus on a simple menu, fantastic company and a warm, inviting setting.
