Welcome to Part 2 of our Wine Sisterhood Insider Guide to Napa Valley. In this installment, we’re bringing you all of our favorite places to wine, dine, stay and play in Yountville! (Read Part 1 here.)
From downtown Napa, travel about 15 minutes north on Highway 29 and you’ll find yourself in the quaint and culinary town of Yountville. Here are our recommendations:
Hotel
Bardessono — A new classic in the middle of town.

Around Town
Ciccio — Family-owned Italian. No reservations. Altamura family wines on the list are priced at retail.
Bouchon Bakery — Yummy sweet stuff, coffees and breads from Thomas Keller Restaurant group.
Mustards — A Napa institution.
Redd — Fresh, on the lighter side and local.

Must-See Wineries
Cosentino Winery — Highway 29, next to Mustards—buy wine and take it to lunch next door at Mustards and you will not be charged corkage!
Girard — Tasting room in town.
Domaine Chandon — Sparkling wines.
Clos du Val — Silverado Trail. Purchase a bottle of their wine and enjoy with lunch in their picnic area overlooking the vineyards.
