More about our wonder-woman winemakers:

Nancy Walker - Wine Sisterhood Winemaker

Although as a young adult she had a career as a fulltime high school English teacher, she continued to pursue her interest in winemaking and attended classes in enology while teaching during the day. In 2009, Ludovissy accepted a harvest position in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. After New Zealand, she took harvest positions in Calistoga and ‘down under’ in Australia. She has since found her way back to Sonoma, making award-winning California wines.

Wow, Dear Significant other did it again. Goes and buys something on QVC but its great, all those delayed payments. Surprise wine shows up, Double Surprise Wine is Wonderful! so far, I mean we are picky on our Chardonay in particular. None of that fruity bitey poop, we want “buttery” smooth and I don’t care what wine critics say. We drank pinot before pinot was cool. So, she hands me her glass of Amy’s??? Chardonay and I’m like open minded but not expecting anything great and voila, buttery smooth wonderful wine. So now I’m intrigued and here we go on Turkey day 2015 and she hands me a glass of Natalies select Savignon Blanc and I’m like, I gotta go review this stuff. So, jury is still out on the rest but these two whites, are outstanding… Oh, I have a taped piece on my phone to make my life easier that says when I push the button, Natalie (my Nat) you are right. Unfortunately, I have to push that button quite often.
