Wine Enthusiast awarded our founding Wine Sister, Terry Wheatley, with the 2018 Wine Star Innovator of the Year award earlier this year in Miami, FL. Throughout her career, Terry launched wine brands that you see here on our site, including Middle Sister, Girl & Dragon, Purple Cowboy and Bar Dog, among many others.

Over the years, she’s fostered a culture that champions women in the wine industry and created nonprofits that give back to local communities, including Tough Enough to Wear Pink and Angels Share.
