Dear Wine Sisters,

As many of you have undoubtedly heard, the Northern California wine country of Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino, our Wine Sisterhood home base, has suffered an unprecedented wildfire event. Many of our winery friends and neighbors have been forced to evacuate, or worse, lost their homes.

The winery that produces our family of Wine Sisterhood wines has luckily escaped damage, but our shipping facility, though untouched, has been impacted by the disaster because many of the great people who get our wines to you have been affected. If you are expecting a wine shipment, please be patient.

Many of you have sent messages of support and concern which are very much appreciated. Some have asked how to help, and here’s a suggestion.

We are supporting a fundraiser called Heart of the Vine. This fund will purchase gift cards to distribute immediately to our winery family and friends—including employees and first responders—who have lost their homes. The gift cards will be used to purchase the basic necessities and will be placed right in the hands of those in need.

We hope you will consider making a donation—however small. Funds will be matched by our wine partner Vintage Wine Estates*.

Those of us who are privileged to work in the wine business count our blessings every day. Our community is strong. We will get through this, helping each other out, and continue to make delicious wines for you to enjoy with family and friends.
